President and Founder Mike Forner has been serving Southeast Michigan for over 30 years, delivering award winning work to hundreds of satisfied customers. From commercial remodels, to custom homes or residential remodels, Mike and Building Services Unlimited can provide you with the quality and craftsmanship you desire and expect from the premier builder in Michigan.
As a lifelong resident to the state of Michigan – born and raised in Manchester Mi, Mike Forner knows what it means to provide his customers with the best work possible. Aside from his construction business, Mike is also a black belt Tae Kwon Do. He’s also led the Manchester High School Boys Track Team to several Conference and Regional Championships under his guidance. When he’s not busy helping the youth of the community, Mike also enjoys traveling to Kenya for a bi-yearly mission trip with his home church.
Other interests include riding his Harleys, learning acoustic and electric guitar and spending time with friends and family.
